New Delhi, Feb. 23 (TNS): In another threat, India’s top military official General Bipin Rawat warned Pakistan that his army will give Pakistan a reply “sooner rather than later” for the February 10 attack on a military camp, Indian media reported on Friday.

At least six Indian army officials and a civilian were killed in the ‘Fidai’ attack in Sunjuwan. India blamed Pakistan for backing the attackers.

Indian defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman had also threatened Pakistan saying that it will pay for its ‘misadventure’.

In an interview General Bipin Rawat said: “Pakistan thinks it is fighting a war that is paying them dividends but we have several options, including surgical strikes”.

Indian army chief added said that he would order for actions to de-escalate tensions and a ceasefire on the Line of Control as soon as Pakistan allegedly “stops sending terrorists to India”.
