LAHORE, Mar 03 (TNS): Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday cast his vote for Senate elections at the Punjab Assembly despite being unwell.
A total of 12 Senate seats are up for gran from the Punjab province.
The polling for 12 Senate seats started at the Punjab Assembly at 9am and will continue till 4 pm. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz is expected to get the lion’s share of the seats from Punjab, though its candidates are contesting polls as independents following a decision of the ECP.
