PM for all facilities at new Islamabad airport

Islamabad April 14 (TNS): Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Saturday directed the Civil Aviation Authority to provide all facilities to passengers at the new Islamabad airport.

The premier along with other government high-ups visited various sections of the new International Islamabad Airport and cherished the state-of-the-art facilities being made available to the passengers.

Adviser to Prime Minister on Aviation Mehtab Abbasi and other officials briefed the prime minister on operational preparedness and facilities at the new airport completed at a cost of Rs85 billion.

It has two runways and having the capacity to handle nine million passengers every year, with 90 operational immigration counters.
