Shah also worked as former principal secretary to the Punjab chief minister.

Serving the notice Shah, Justice Nisar summoned him in person to appear at the next hearing.

During the hearing, the chief justice inquired from Punjab Health Minister Khwaja Salman Rafique why he turned pale when the notice was served on Shah. There must be something fishy, the chief justice observed.

The top judge asked Salman how and why Shah was Switzerland. Was that because it is beautiful country or for that matter, its being an infamous heaven for stashing ill-gotten and laundered money.
