ISLAMABAD, April 23 (TNS): Pakistan on Sunday strongly condemned the suicide attacks on voter registration centers in Kabul and Baghlan that left more than 50 people dead and hundreds injured.
“Such cowardly acts can’t stop Afghans from using their right to vote,” said a Foreign Office statement.
“Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its form and expresses solidarity with the Afghan government and its people in the testing times,” the statement added.

“Pakistan extends sympathies to the bereaved families and prays for the early recovery of the injured,” the statement concluded.

The statement came hours after a suicide bomber exploded himself at a voter registration centre in Afghanistan s capital Kabul. The blast left more than 50 people dead and hundreds injured.
