ISLAMABAD, May 29 (TNS): In Indian occupied Kashmir, a Srinagar court has granted interim bail to Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chairperson, Aasiya Andrabi, and her associates Fehmeeda Sofi and Nahida Nasreen in a false case registered against them at Soura Police Station in January, this year.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the court of first additional sessions judge, Srinagar, issued the order of granting interim bail after hearing arguments of the detainees’ counsels Advocate Mir Shafaqat Hussain and Advocate Urfi and the public prosecutor on the bail application. The court granted interim bail to Aasiya Andrabi, Fehmeeda Sofi, and Nahida Nasreen up to 16 June 2018.

“The Soura police had registered an FIR and mentioned other cases. Aasiya Andrabi was re-arrested and implicated in this case in January soon after she was about to be released from south Kashmir Islamabad jail,” advocate Shafaqat told media men.
