Islamabad, Aug. 12 (TNS): Sunday was the last date for newly elected members of the National and provincial assemblies to retain one seat of their choice and relinquish others if they have won more than one seats, says a press release issued by the ECP here.
According to Election Commission, such members will have to quit additional seats before taking oath.
They are required to apprise the Chief Election Commissioner or provincial election commissioners about their decision.
