Peshawar, August 16 (TNS): The newly-elected Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mehmood Khan will take oath of his office today.
The oath will be administered by Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Iqbal Zaffar Jhagra, to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s new chief minister in a ceremony which will be held at Governor House, Peshawar at 3:00pm.
On Thursday, Mahmood Khan was elected as new Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) for next five year as he bagged 77 votes in the electoral process whereas his counterpart from MMA Mian Nisar Gul managed to get 33 votes only.
