Lahore, Aug. 28 (TNS): Pakistan Cricket Board on Tuesday announced schedule for the UAE-based series against New Zealand and Australia later this year.

Pakistan’s UAE spell will commence next month when the green team participates in the Asia Cup 2018, which has been shortened to a 20-over tournament.

Right after the Asia cup, the green team will lock-horns with Australia in UAE for a 3 Test and 3 T20I series from September to October.

The Test series will be Australia’s first after the ball-tampering scandal which resulted in bans of captain Steve Smith and David Warner.

From October to the end of the year, the team will face New Zealand in a 3 Test, 3 ODIs and 3 T20I series.
