Karachi, Sept. 5 (TNS): Karachi police have arrested renowned celebrity Ali Saleem, aka Begum Nawazish Ali, for possessing liquor and allegedly indulging in suspicious activities, officials say here on Wednesday.
According to SSP South Umar Shahid, police raided a bungalow in the city’s Clifton area after receiving information of a kidnapped child.
Several people were taken into custody during the raid, including Ali Saleem. Liquor bottles were also recovered at the bungalow.
The police have registered a case of drugs against the suspects. The bungalow is reportedly used as a guest house.
