Islamabad, Dec. 29 (TNS): Ministry of Climate Change and Agha Khan Foundation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in the climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies and policies.
The MoU was signed by Secretary Ministry of Climate Change Shahrukh Nusrat and Chief Executive Officer Agha Khan Foundation in Pakistan Akhtar Iqbal, in Islamabad.
Advisor to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam witnessed the MoU signing ceremony.
The CEO of Agha Khan Foundation on the occasion assured to enhance bilateral development projects with Pakistan in the field of forestry, energy, education, environmental protection, poverty alleviation and tourism.
