LAHORE, July 15 (TNS): The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) sealed a factory after recovery of thousands of kilograms of fake ketchup and a godown with huge quantity of gutka here on Saturday.
PFA team headed by Additional Director General (ADG) Operations, Rafia Haider raided a ketchup factory. The factory was found involved in manufacturing ketchup through chemicals and 7000 kilogram fake ketchup was confiscated which was disposed off later and the factory was sealed.
Meanwhile, the PFA team sealed a godown after recovery of huge quantity of gutka at Ferozpur Road Lahore.
Separate cases into both incidents were registered and investigation was in progress.
