Islamabad, Nov 08 (TNS): Special Assistant on National Health Services Dr. Zafar Mirza has said the federal government has fulfilled the promise regarding raise in the salaries of doctors and nurses.
In a message today, he said the Economic Coordination Committee has approved increase in the salaries of the medical staff. A grant of seven hundred and eighty four million rupees has been approved for the medical officers whilst 228 million rupees to increase the stipend of student nurses.
Dr Zafar Mirza said the government is committed to bring massive reforms in the healthcare.
