Islamabad, July 20 (TNS): Joint Investigation Team (JIT), which had submitted its report over Panamagate in the apex court, reportedly received new letter from Qatari prince.
In the letter Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani which shows conditional willingness to appear before the probe panel.
The letter was written by the prince to Pakistani authorities on July 17 that invites the JIT members for a meeting in Doha in coming week putting a condition that the laws of Pakistan would not be applied on him.
The invitation comes after JIT concluded its proceedings and submitted its findings in the apex court.
The letter of prince stated that the JIT members did not approach Hamad bin Jassim for a questioning and that he is willing to meet the team if it is assures the immunity from Pakistani laws.
