Lahore: June 05, 2021 (TNS): On the direction of Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, 677 Corona Vaccination Centres have been set up across the province and Central Vaccination Centres in every district are operational 24 hours a day. Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that the number of corona vaccination centres is being increased in Lahore and other parts of the province to accommodate maximum citizens on daily basis.

He said that best arrangements have been made for the citizens at the vaccination centres and during the last 24 hours, 168,700 citizens have been vaccinated in Punjab. He further disclosed that overall 4.6 million people have been vaccinated in Punjab. Usman Buzdar urged the people not to believe the rumours about Corona vaccine. Citizens should not show carelessness in getting vaccine. The vaccine administered in Pakistan is approved by the World Health Organization and the National Drug Regulatory Authority and is completely safe, he added. The Chief Minister said that as compared with other provinces, more people are being vaccinated every day in Punjab. He appealed to the citizens to follow the SOPs, wear facemasks and observe the guidelines issued by the government.
