Islamabad: June 25, 2021 (TNS): In line with the policy if the GOP to promote construction activities, the authority i.e CDA has responded and ensured timely response to the applications recieved for approval of buildings plans. More than 5500 plans for residential and commercial buildinhs have been approved since January 2020 highest ever numbers in the timelines.
Now again CDA has stepped forward and to facilitate the builders in applying for incentives announced by the govt, a meeting of Design Vetting Committee for commercial projects has been scheduled for tuesday 29th, June, 2021 i.e. before end of financial year. Cases recieved for approval of commercial buildings will be discussed for approval in the said meeting. Besides requests already available, builders ,
/ developers who have their documents ready and willing to apply for approvals in the upcoming DVC meeting are also encouraged to submit their documents in or before Monday 28th June, 2021.
To facilitate such applications, office of Building Control shall remain open on Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 3 pm.
