LAHORE, July 25 (TNS): At least eight suspects were taken into custody during police search operation in different parts of Lahore on Monday night after the suicide blast.
According to details, police carried out search operation in Siddiqia Colony near Khokhar Road in Badami Bagh area and various localities in Lari Adda area.
Police conducted house-to-house search and also checked hotels and hostels in these areas. Biometric device was also used in the identification of residents and seven suspects who failed to produce any identity documents.
The arrested persons were later shifted to police station for further investigation.
