ISLAMABAD July 25 (TNS): Two kids went unconscious due to severe heat and doctors’ absence at the PIMS OPD here on Tuesday.
All the duty doctors including Dr. Mulazim Hussain, Dr. Zulfiqar, Dr. Sohail, Dr. Haider Sherazi were not present in the OPD rooms.
This insensitivity on the part of the hospital staff led to the heartbreaking anguish of the kids.
The hospital lacks state-of-the-art machinery resulting in the sufferings of both the patients and the doctors who always complain of it.
The hospital administration should take steps to ameliorate the situation so that the patients can be looked after in a better way.
