ANF foils bid to smuggle narcotics, held 3 drug trafficker at BBIAI

Islamabad, 12 August (TNS): Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) on Saturday foiled a bid to smuggle narcotics to Middle Eastern countries by recovering 1kg heroines at Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad (BBIAI).

According to ANF officials, a passenger Ziafat Ali, resident of Hangu, came to Islamabad airport for departure to Saudi Arabia and during his search heroine was found.

Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) also arrested two other smugglers identified as Junaid resident of Swabi, and Faisal resident of Shahngla and recovered 40 heroines’ capsules from their possession. Faisal and Junaid were to all set to proceed to Abu Dhabi.
