ABBOTTABAD, Oct 20 (TNS):The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Abbottabad bench here Friday ordered District Health Officer(DHO) Manshera to reinstate 52 employees of Health Department with full benefits
Former District Health Officer (DHO) Manshera inducted 52 class IV in health department for various Basic Health
Units (BHU), dispensaries and hospitals who were later sacked by the current DHO on the charges of irregularities in recruitment process following complaints by the rejected candidates and filed petition against the 52 class IV challenging their recruitment.
After hearing the arguments of both sides, the PHC Abbottabad bench rejected the petition and ordered DHO Manshera to reinstate 52 class IV with all benefits.
