Peshawar, Nov. 21 (TNS): Federal government has established three Rescue and Rehabilitation Centers in Orakzai Agency and Darra Adam Khel for welfare of miners, state media reported on Tuesday.
The spokesman of FATA said that the centers will help rescue coal miners besides providing them necessary health facilities.
He said about two hundred workers have been trained for the purpose.
The mineral rich area witnessed disasters for miners where hundreds labour working in mines have lost their lives.
After this initiative, lives of miners could be saved.
