LAHORE March 19 (TNS): Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, MNA Hamza Shahbaz and PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz on Monday put their heads together to thrash out a strategy for the next general election.

The overall political situation in the country also came under discussion, a source privy to the development told NTS.

According to the sources, the two younger scions of the Sharif family were tasked with mobilizing the youth before the party goes into the electioneering campaign.

The source also claimed that during the elections campaigns, the emphasis would be put on Nawaz Sharif’s narrative of giving respect to voters and the sanctity of their ballot.

Soon after the meeting, Shahbaz left for Islamabad in a private jet to meet with senior party leaders to discuss important political matters.
