Miami, June 5 (TNS): Popular model Olya Langille was found dead in a doctor’s apartment after a night full of partying, intercourse, alcohol and drugs.
The case is being investigated by the police in Florida and reports so far reveal that the model died of an accidental drug overdose.
The 18-year-old’s body was discovered at Dr. Naval Parikh’s apartment. Dr. Parikh, who works at Broward Health’s emergency room, told investigators he met the woman at a sports bar, where they had a few drinks and the duo later went to his apartment.
The duo then went to snort drugs and had consensual sex. Dr. Parikh told the investigators that he heard Olya snoring at around 3 am, however, when he woke up in the morning she was unresponsive.
He later went on to call authorities. The police found several bags of suspected cocaine near the doctor’s bedside table where Olya was found dead and nude in the bed.
The police said they do not suspect any foul play behind the model’s death. However, Olya’s family and friends believe the intercourse between Olya and the doctor was not consensual.
