QUETTA, Aug. 16 (TNS): Balochistan Awami Party’s Abdul Quddus Bizenjo on Thursday swore-in as Speaker of Balochistan Assembly.

The party nominated me because they found me competent, and I hope to be elected without any competition,” former chief minister Bizenjo remarked told reporters. He said he would donate five months’ salary to the chief justice’s dam fund if elected. BAP’s Bizenjo expressed interest in becoming part of BNP-M and MMA-led government saying such an alliance would improve the province’s standing before the federal government.
