Major avenue in Brooklyn New York named after Jinnah

United States, Dec. 29 (TNS): In the United States, a section of Brooklyn borough in New York City has been named after founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

The New York City Council designated the part of Coney Island Avenue as “Mohammad Ali Jinnah Way”.

The resolution was tabled by city council member Jumaane Williams and adopted by a majority vote.
