Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad: Two hardcore terrorists killed by forces


Rawalpindi, June 20 (TNS): In connection with ongoing Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad across the country, Security Forces have killed two hardcore terrorists in exchange of fire, military media wing ISPR said.

According to a brief statement issued by ISPR here on Tuesday, terrorists were attempting to ambush a check post near Dewana Baba Ziarat, 12 km North of Tank.

The force intercepted terrorists and in exchange of fire, two militants belong to banned terror outfit killed on spot.

Arms and ammunition were also recovered from them.

Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad continues across the country with full vigor.

Pakistan Army kicked off a countrywide operation Radd-ul-Fassad in February this year to wipe out last terrorist from Pakistani soil.

The operation (Radd-ul-Fassad) aims at indiscriminately eliminating residual/latent threat of terrorism, consolidating gains of operations made thus far and further ensuring the security of the borders.
