RAWALPINDI July 19 (TNS): Two constables’ torture cell was raided on Wednesday when their high-ups came to know that they were involved in extorting money from the people of the Phase-7 area of Rawat. They arrested both of them.
A boy named Zahid was kidnapped by these constables and taken to their torture cell as he was friend of Naeem Ahmad who had earlier received extortion threats from the constables that if he did not pay fifteen thousand rupees to them he might face problem.
As Naeem refused to comply with the demand of the constables so they decided to pick up Zahid, the friend of Naeem, who later telephoned the police on the abduction of his friend.
