کراچی جنوری13(ٹی این ایس)سپریم کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس میاں ثاقب نثار نے وی وی آئی پی موومنٹ ازخود نوٹس کیس نمٹاتے ہوئے آئی جی سندھ کو اس حوالے سے حلف نامہ جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کردی کہ شہر میں مستقل سڑکیں بلاک نہیں ہوتیں۔ ہفتہ کو سپریم کورٹ کراچی رجسٹری میں وی وی آئی پی موومنٹ ازخود نوٹس کیس کی سماعت ہوئی۔سماعت کے دوران انسپکٹر جنرل (آئی جی) سندھ اے ڈی خواجہ عدالت میں پیش ہوئے۔ چیف جسٹس نے آئی جی سندھ اے ڈی خواجہ سے استفسار کیا کہ سڑکوں کو بند کرنے سے شہریوں کو مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے ٗوی وی آئی پی شخصیات کے لیے سڑکیں کیوں بند کردی جاتی ہیں؟جس پر اے ڈی خواجہ نے جواب دیا کہ وی وی آئی پی موومنٹ کیلئے قوانین موجود ہیں، ان کے مطابق انتظامات کیے جاتے ہیں اور ہم صرف 2 منٹ کیلئے ٹریفک بند کرتے ہیں۔اس موقع پر چیف جسٹس نے اے ڈی خواجہ کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ آئی جی صاحب، میں بھی تو وی وی آئی پی ہوں، میرے لیے تو سٹرک بلاک نہیں ہوتی۔
آئی جی سندھ نے کہا کہ کہیں سڑکیں بند نہیں ہوتیں، صرف وی آئی پی موومنٹ کیلئے انتظامات کیے جاتے ہیں جس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ آپ انتظامات ضرور کریں مگر شہریوں کو کم سے کم تکلیف ہو ٗوی وی آئی پی موومنٹ چاہے کسی کی بھی ہو، شہریوں کو تکلیف سے بچایا جائے۔سماعت کے بعد چیف جسٹس میاں ثاقب نثار نے ازخود نوٹس کیس نمٹاتے ہوئے آئی جی سندھ کو ہدایت کی کہ آپ حلف نامہ جمع کرائیں کہ مستقل سڑکیں بلاک نہیں ہوتیں ٗ ہم آپ کے حلف نامے کا جائزہ لیں گے۔چیف جسٹس نے سختی سے تاکید کی کہ شہریوں کے حقوق کا تحفظ کیا جائے، یہ ہماری اولین ترجیح ہے۔یاد رہے کہ 6 جنوری کو سپریم کورٹ کراچی رجسٹری میں مختلف کیسز کی سماعت کے دوران چیف جسٹس میاں ثاقب نثار نے وی وی آئی پی موومنٹ کے دوران شہر میں سڑکوں کی بندش کا نوٹس لیا تھا۔چیف جسٹس نے چیف سیکریٹری پر برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ میں بھی ایک چھوٹا سا وی وی آئی پی ہوں، غالباً وی آئی پی کی فہرست میں میرا تیسرا نمبر ہے، چیف سیکرٹری صاحب، بتائیں بڑے صاحبان کیلئے رکاوٹیں کیوں کھڑی کی جاتی ہے، آپ کو علم ہونا چاہییکہ راستے بند کرنا بنیادی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔
