LAHORE , July 13 (TNS): The LHC heard on Thursday a petition filed for court orders to the Interior Ministry to put the names of those 259 people whose name appeared in Panama Leaks on ECL.
Lahore High Court (LHC) reserved verdict on the question of maintainability of petition seeking the names of those appeared in Panama Leaks on Exit Control List (ECL).
After hearing arguments of the petitioners and government law officer about maintainability of the petition the court reserved its verdict.
The petitioner argued that the JIT constituted by the court over the Panama Leaks issue had submitted its report in the apex court. He argued that the JIT did not take any action against anyone except Prime Minister and his family members.
The petitioner has also pleaded the court to form JIT against all those whose names appeared in Panama Leaks and take action against them.
