Islamabad, Sept 19 (TNS): President Mamnoon Hussain on Tuesday says the current government is making all-out efforts for the socio-economic development of the country.
Talking to a delegation of foreign investors in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said the government is working on several projects to encourage the pursuit of higher education.
These include Prime Minister’s Scheme for provision of Laptops and Fee Reimbursement Programme.
The President said establishment of IT University in Rawalpindi will further accelerate the process of socio-economic development and foreign investment in the education sector will be appreciated.
He said that there is a conducive environment for foreign investors in the country as Pakistan has greatly overcome the menace of terrorism.
Mamnoon Hussain commended the efforts of the delegation in promoting educational projects and said that their struggle for the betterment of the marginalized classes of the society is highly praiseworthy.
