Says Pakistan rendered countless sacrifices in war against terrorism
ISLAMABAD Jan 03 (TNS): Minister for SAFRON Abdul Qadir Baloch says Pakistan has rendered countless sacrifices in the on-going war against terrorism.
Talking to a private news channel, he said Pakistan is fully capable of protecting its geographical territory and giving befitting response to any misadventure initiated by any other country.
In an interview, PML-N Senator Abdul Qayyum said Pakistan had managed to clear areas from terrorists through operation Zarb-e-Azb and now it is the responsibility of the United States to eliminate terrorists from Afghanistan for establishing peace.
Talking to private news channel, Chairman Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs Makhdum Khusro Bakhtyar said China along with Pakistan and United States could play an important role for peace in Afghanistan.
In his reaction, Chairman Standing Committee on Defence in the Senate, Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed said United States could not achieve success in Afghan war without cooperation of Pakistan.
